About The Foundation of the Delaware County Chamber The Foundation of the Delaware County Chamber, a 501 (c) 3 corporation, was established to facilitate economic growth in Delaware County and to advance education and leadership development programs within the Community. Among the programs supported by The Foundation are Delco Hi-Q, Leadership Delaware County, Vo-Tech Education, Workforce Development, Career Awareness, Small Business Development educational seminars and minority business and community development. To accomplish its mission, the Foundation will provide funding for scholarships, workforce training and leadership programs, marketing and promotional services, job creation and encourage corporations to relocate into depressed areas of Delaware County. |
